Yeah,You can now actually use your pendrive as a RAM in windows!Currently,the tutorial is available only for windows 7,but I'll be posting same for other versions of windoes too.So,keep updated and subscribe to my posts.
Below are the steps to turn your pendrive into RAM.

Below are the steps to turn your pendrive into RAM.
Follow These Steps:
- Plug your Pendrive into your sytem.
- Format with NTFS or FAT32
- Now,Go to properties and select READYBOOST.
- Check,Use this device.
- Then,choose the maximum space to reserve our sysytem speed.
- Then,click on OK.
Enjoy your new readyboost RAM!
